Welcome to Canberra Express Cleaners. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website or booking our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Agreements

All cleaning and laundry services provided by Canberra Express Cleaners ("the Company") are subject to the terms and specifications outlined in your individual service agreement or quotation. Commercial contracts may contain additional clauses specific to the nature of the facility.

2. Domestic Laundry Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis via Stripe.
• Customers must leave their designated "Express Bag" in an accessible, safe location by 8:00 AM on the scheduled pickup day.
• The Company is not liable for items damaged due to pre-existing wear and tear or incorrect care labels.
• Subscriptions may be cancelled or paused at any time after the initial minimum term (4 cycles).

3. Payment Terms

Invoices for commercial services are typically issued net-14 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may attract an administrative fee. Residential and one-off services must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the service or strictly upon completion.
