Step 1: Choose Your Plan (60 Seconds)
Head to our subscription page and select:
- Frequency: Weekly, fortnightly, or monthly pickup
- Bag count: 1-4 bags per pickup (each bag holds approximately 6-8kg — roughly one large domestic machine load)
That's it for decisions. Fill in your details, choose your pickup day, and you're live.
Step 2: Fill Your Bag
We provide you with our Express Bag — a durable, washable laundry bag that holds approximately 6-8kg of clothing. Fill it with your everyday laundry:
- ✅ Everyday clothing (shirts, pants, socks, underwear)
- ✅ Activewear and gym clothes
- ✅ Casual wear (jeans, hoodies, t-shirts)
- ✅ Bed sheets and pillowcases
- ✅ Towels
- ✅ Light jackets and jumpers
Not included (these need specialist care):
- ❌ Dry clean only items
- ❌ Formal suits and structured garments
- ❌ Heavily stained or contaminated items (workplace chemical exposure)

Step 3: We Pick Up from Your Door
On your scheduled pickup day, leave your filled Express Bag at your designated spot (front door, porch, lobby — wherever works for you). Our route driver collects it during the morning pickup window.
No need to be home. No need to hand it over in person. Just leave it out, and we'll grab it.
You'll receive an SMS confirmation when your bag has been collected.
Step 4: Commercial-Grade Processing
Your laundry enters our commercial processing facility where it goes through:

Your clean, folded laundry is delivered back to your door within 24-48 hours. Same spot you left it. You'll receive an SMS when it's been dropped off.
Open your bag to find everything clean, fresh-smelling, and neatly folded. Put it away. That's it.
